We had a great experience at Haute Dog Spa. We have a small poodle mix who has not done well at other groomers (nipping and general feisty). Cassie did an amazing job calming our dog down immediately upon arrival and gave her a great haircut.

My family and I are super happy to discover Haute Dog Spa after traveling almost 30 minutes to our last groomer. Bobbie always comes out looking fresh and so adorable after each session! Emily did a wonderful job on Bob and is very attentive in letting us know she is almost done with Bob so we can come pick up our baby home! Bob is turning 10 this year and his anxiety is very high but you can tell he enjoys everyone at Haute Dog Spa and to see his other fur friends!

I cannot speak highly enough for Erica and Quinn at Haute Dog Spa in White Bear Lake! We have always loved Erica, but she had gotten sick at the last minute. Quinn stepped up and did a tremendous job!!
I had told her I have anxiety leaving our 10-year-old Golden when we are not around, and Quinn even sent me a text with a photo halfway through the appointment advising me that she was doing fantastic! I have two rescue dogs. One came to me when she was over a year old. She was adopted twice, and returned twice. She had never been to a groomer. She is extremely dramatic, and a big baby.
The staff here was very patient and did a great job giving her first bath. They didn’t mind that she acted like the water was acid and would kill her. They treated her with kindness. I will definitely be taking my pups back there!
